Retro Gaming & Collecting Podcast Episode #17 – How to get started collecting

How to get started in video game collecting is what is in store for the podcast today. Let’s try and expand the hobby of video game collecting and share with the noobz out there how to get started. You can always look up what your games are worth by heading over to Video Game Price Charts and you can also get an app for your phone that has a price guide in it. I also talk about what CIB means, how to tell if your NES games are really factory sealed and how to store and organize your collection. I am also working on a RESOURCE page that will assist new and old collectors. If you have anything that you think should be added please leave a message here or e-mail me. I also gave an update on the video game store I have out at pecan park and recorded a walk through video for you all.

Here are a few pictures of the Nintendo Press Release kit I found in the collection I bought last weekend.
